Brett Mehlman came to Senior Care Development following a highly successful 20-year career as a real estate and senior housing lender. His credentials include a strong ability to source, negotiate, syndicate, and close transactions that generate significant fees and revenue. From 1994 to 2006, Brett held senior positions at international banking giant BNP Paribas, most recently as Managing Director of the Leveraged Finance/Senior Housing Group, for which he originated and supervised 58 transactions that totaled in excess of $3.0 billion. Prior to that position, Brett managed top-level real estate portfolios and relationships at JP Morgan Chase and UBS. In addition to his many professional achievements, Brett was a founding board member of three non-profit housing development organizations that provide housing for victims of domestic violence. |
